Are you retired from teaching or business? You can lecture, or coach, or teach what you know, for instance how to find success in the business world. Working families don't have time to do the beautiful gardening you might be good at. Make it a landscaping business. Are you a good cook or entertainer? Now that the kids are gone, how about using some extra bedrooms for a weekend bed and breakfast?
Be a handyman -- uh, person. Or look into making money on eBay. Why not write down all your experiences in a book? And remember, your new career can be based on your own schedule. It's an exciting new step in your life!
