TV Villains

We all know the villains have all the fun.  What would the hero do without them?  Here are a few villains you love to hate.

Scary

Ian McShane, ''Al Swearengen''  - Deadwood,  Many Emmys.  The show’s known for its profanity and violence, but they have Ian McShane.

William B. Davis, "The Cigarette Smoking Man aka C.G.B. Spender" - The X-Files.  He seems to appear out of the darkness.  But our heroes can smell the smoke.

Richard Marcus, "Mr. Raines" - The Pretender.  Called the "death's head."  Former doctor who'd rather do illicit experiments on people.

Arnold Vosloo, "Habib Marwan" - 24.  Mastermind of terrorist attacks.

Ewww...Creepy

Jonathan Frid, ''Barnabas Collins,'' Dark Shadows.  He's a vampire.  He's 175 years old.  He’s here for fresh blood

Bill Raisch, "The one-armed man," The Fugitive.  He killed Richard Kimble's wife.  He came close to being caught so many times.  You hated Lt. Gerard, but you REALLY hated him.

Arvin Sloan, Alias.  He was the leader of SD-6, operating against the U.S. government but allegedly a secret part of the government.  The kind of guy who ends up trapped under rocks.  But alive.  Ecchh.

High camp

 Joan Collins, "Alexis Carrington"-  Dynasty.  Great clothes, great catfights.  Drinks only champagne.  Tries to sabotage her ex-husband's marriage to innocent  Krystle.

Larry Hagman, "J.R. Ewing" - Dallas.  Egomaniac, megalomaniac.  Main character on "Dallas" for 13 years.  When we found out who shot him, ratings went through the roof.  Video shows who did it.

Various actors, "Lex Luthor " - Superman.  What a great villain.  Superman's nemesis.  How did he get his hands on all that Kryptonite?

Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth,  "The Apprentice."  How not to win friends and influence people.  Rhymes with witch.

Simon Cowell, "American Idol."  Come on, he has the only opinion that counts.  To paraphrase his greatest quote:  "If you think I'm rough, try the music business."
