Cut up 2-inch pieces of 3 medium peeled sweet potatoes or unpeeled white potatoes
Remove skin of 3 turkey thighs (1 1/2 pounds)
1 12-oz. jar turkey gravy
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon crumbled dried rosemary leaves
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 10-oz. package frozen cut green beans
- Layer potatoes and turkey in slow cooker. Mix everything else except beans. Pour over turkey.
- Cover and cook for 1 hour on high. Reduce to low for 5 hours. Add beans, then cook 1 to 2 hours.
- Take out turkey and vegetables. Serve sauce with meet and veggies.
