Your Favorite TV Shows on Syndication

Sometimes it's tough to see a great show end.  But it could be just the beginning of its life in syndication.  Remember "Frasier?"  It's been called one of the best written comedies ever.  The character of Frasier Crane, who first appeared in 1984 on "Cheers," lasted until 1993 when the show Frasier ended.  Twenty years -- a pretty steady job.  In some markets Frasier is shown two or three times a day.  "Will and Grace" never really went away, either.  The show was on from 1984 to 1993, and repeats every day.

Some shows can be seen on both network and syndication.  "Medium" is shown weekly at night and now every day on Lifetime.  "Two And A Half Men" has new shows as well as repeats several times a week.  And "Cheers" reruns are shown daily.

The finale of "Seinfeld" was a social event.  Many had finale parties that night, but they didn't miss the show for long.  "Seinfeld" can also be found nearly every day.

The Granddaddy of them all is "M*A*S*H."   Based on the hit 1970 movie, it ran from 1972 until 1983.  It had the highest rated finale of all TV shows.  Kids who've never seen M*A*S*H can experience the entire run, since it's shown on syndication several times a day.
