In early 2010 the U.S. Treasury will
issue new quarter coins. Quarters have
had the image of George Washington since 1932, but the new coins will feature
Theodore Roosevelt on the obverse side and various national parks from each state

Secretary of the Interior, The Citizens Coinage Advisory Committee, and the
chief executive of each jurisdiction.
The final decision will be made by the Secretary of the Treasury.
