But the act is making you laugh. So you can ignore how hard comedy is, according to a lot of funny people. How do we define comedy? Is it just a humorous incident? Sometimes it makes you laugh but makes me yawn. Some people say anything that makes them laugh is comedy. Some others say that's not enough. In an audience, people can see it's not just all spur of the moment, and again, it's subjective.
Often the story told after an incident is funny, but it wasn't at the time. Injuries and embarrassing moments are not too pleasurable when they're happening. It's probably not a good idea to make a clear choice about comedy. A real definition is almost impossible. The comedians are glad that some see it. Oh yes, some don't.
